The race is open to all participants who have reached 16 years of age, without the obligation of membership or sports medical certificate.

STARTING AREA
The course will start at 6.30 am from the athletics track of Daciano Colbachini Stadium.
RACE COURSE
The Breakfast Run will start from the Colbachini Stadium and run along a pleasant 4 km route in the heart of Arcella. After crossing the quiet residential streets, participants will take the “Strada del Saluto”, a charming and car-free path surrounded by greenery. The route will continue passing in front of San Bellino’s Church, along Via della Quercia and Via del Giglio, until reaching the entrance to Morandi Park, which will be crossed for another glimpse of nature. In the final kilometers, after a passage in front of San Filippo Neri’s Church, the course will return to the Colbachini Stadium from Via Lippi, where everyone can finally enjoy his deserved breakfast.
Please note: The race course will not be closed to traffic, so it is recommended to pay extreme attention. To ensure maximum safety for athletes, the presence of volunteers and staff will be guaranteed along the entire route. Participants are required, in any case, to respect the street code.
FINAL BREAKFAST
At the end of the run, a rich breakfast by Pasticceria Le Sablon and Saporarte awaits you.
